And It Ends

Every year end and new year beginning is just a adjustment in calculation of time.
when one can see it just like that we generally don't do it.

We sum up these calculation's to celebration of new beginning,this is how we make ourself happy and live the life as it should be.

The festival are not just made to make people happy and unite them.But it is a way found by human to make sense of why they are living atleast.


Let it all go off our thoughts ,,,,now just remember that your gonna have a blast tonight..that brings the happiness we want and that is what everyone need.

A Beautiful Mind,the movie has Terrified, petrified, mortified and stupefied Me.One of the great movies that i have seen,I don't have any habit of watching Hollywood movies i usually watch it by mistake or sometimes on the advice of others,One such movie was Schindler's List which made me a fan of Steven Spielberg a beautiful director,now after this movie Ron Howard is also in my list of directors,though i don't know what are other movies made by Ron Howard.

A Beautiful Mind,though the story is based on the real life of John Nash.The screenplay and the scripting is extraordinary.I liked the dialogue's in the movie most,,,,dialogue's like....

When asked why he is not attending the classes he says "Classes will dull your mind ! It will destroy the potential for authentic creativity !"

After he was defeated by his classmate in the game when his opponent ask

"Hey Nash Are u scared.

Nash replies- Terrified, petrified, mortified, stupefied by You"

Russell Crowe,i saw only gladiator of his movies but after seeing this one ,he is really terrible actor simply amazing.The way he reacts when the jennifer takes baby away from him simply super.He is just an amazing actor,Now i have a lot of reason to watch good English movies.
Since the DVD that i have contains three more movies of him i might even become a big fan of him.

Schizophrenia the disease which corrupts the Beautiful Mind of John Nash,was really a fascinating thing to me. I was just trying to imagine myself in that situation.Though i know that there is a disease like this only after seeing this movie.I have several times imagined how it would be if i get to know all that i see are not real.Just give it a try you will find it will make the most weird out of you.





This is my first post based on a movie.i might not have reviewed anything about the movie,but still started it,So i think i might post more on movies that I liked the most.

Creating a New Beginning

I see people being friendly to me or me being friendly to them. But even then the people that i am most close in doesn't seem to have a good understanding of me. I live the life in the way i wanted..Sometimes for sake of living...sometimes to achieve something but the point is i am still here in this world with no one being able to understand me in the way i AM.

Later sometime i feel that i am being so selfish about me, trying to think why no one understands me rather than why i am not understanding anyone.Being selfish according to me is being like a king yourself. But when i realise you cant be a king without people in your country it strikes me that i am wrong in what i describe.

I lost my relations,my friends,caretakers,,,,almost everyone who thought i am good. Because they got to know that i am selfish.Even now instead of realising my mistake and changing my attitude and get back to them.I am trying to stay away from them,,tough i know i cant stay away forever...now i am making new friends with the same old way of suppressing my selfishness....Why i am like this ,,i question a thousand times to myself...instead of answering i just postpone it saying i will be ok in sometime.

What makes me shy away from these people,,is it that i need to ask "SORRY" to them??????....now common ...my status or pride is nothing without these people around me.....Now i make a decision whatever may come i will be back with complete change of what i am,,removing the selfish part of me..and get back all those i have lost in 2007....

I don’t wait for a New Good Beginning rather I create a Beautiful Beginning

Chit Chat

Chit chats,this session or activity or whatever you call is the most cultivating time spent in college.The topics changes in minutes,sometimes go on for hours.You never feel of stopping it though we have to when the final bell rings.

The range of topics and number of people involved always change.Be it discussing about hot girls in college,making fun of lecturers,general politics,current headline in newspaper,subject related etc..anything to everything that is discussed actually helps in building various quality and knowledge in the people.



They learn,the interaction method with various characteristic people,a new technology and their details,communication skill,presentation skill everything to anything.

Though many claim people spend most of their time in Kiosks.It is actually there they gain a lot of knowledge than in the class room(Hope many agree!).

The slow progress

This year was not all that happening year for me.It was making me lazy,,rather i would say my work is making me lazy.Now i have no interest on almost anything i am trying to do. I am working just for the sake of money!.Nothing is inspiring me for long time to keep me occupied with.

I have decided that from next year(2008),i will keep goals to myself and work toward achieving it.May be this technic will make me active. These days i don't even feel like coming to office.


I need a complete off and need a good rest for taking a long rest :).

We have a coders fest in the organization. I think this will make me more active in programming at least. I am gonna try out my very best programming skill in this competition.

oh la la ......Wonderla.........

Amusement park trips are always pre-defined fun places where you are bound to enjoy the fun created by the rides and pools.But that doesn't make you go sore on things that are already there rather than creative fun.



Every time you visit a Amusement park,,the fun is unlimited if you have right combination of people along with you.





This weekend i was been to wonderla.. a wonderful time that we had out there..here are few pictures from that trip...

Colour and its perception

Colours are debated on various scales.I have always had the fascination towards colours.But what is it actually.Just a biological thing in human,derived from the spectrum in universe,or just a conceptual thing that human believes in.To speak on these possibilities we need a deeper understand on what makes us feel(feel??or see??) the colours in this universe.

The human colour perception is based on three "channels", i.e. we have three types of cones with different spectral sensitivity curves.That's why three colour channels, red, green and blue, are enough in TV and digital imaging to cover all colours.




Now said that the colour are perceived by these three channels. It is also claimed that the color of an object depends both on physics and on perception.Physically, surfaces can be said to have the colour of the light reflecting off them, which depends on the spectrum of the incident illumination and on the reflectance spectrum of the surface, as well as potentially on the lighting and viewing angles.However, a viewer's perception of the object color depends not only on the reflected light spectrum,but also on a host of contextual cues, such that an object's color tends to be perceived as relatively constant,that is, relatively independent of the lighting spectrum, viewing angle, etc.




The biologically the ability of the human eye to distinguish colors is based upon the varying sensitivity of different cells in the retina to light of different wavelengths. There are two type of humans with respect to colour perception.

1.trichromatic
2.tetra chromatic

More than 99% of humans are Trichromats.They have three channels structure which corresponds to their colour viewing ability by mixing up red,green and blue in the appropriate ratio.

Tetrachromats have fourth channel where the intermediate colour between green and blue form this fourth channel.These people have ability to differentiate between more colour than a Trichromat.




The intreseting thing is ,if colour is just a ray of perception ,then how do we define someone blind.What does a blind see in this world? there are other who are colour blind.And what you see green in the day is not green at night(according to you)...

Let us put these concepts and theories aside and enjoy the nature colour that we have around us.Let us celebrate the colour of NATURE naturally:-).

Artificial Intelligence Why are you arguing on it?

Once my friends in college took up an interesting topic to present for the intra college competition the topic was AIIS(Artificial Intelligence and Intelligence Society).While the complete artificial intelligence itself is not yet achieved completely they took up a topic where the time is when Robots teach other Robots and form society .Luckily i was also part of the discussion when they were preparing for it.


They where discussing on the possible questions that would arise after presenting such a topic.I also joined them ,the obvious questions where if there is a situation where a Robot can teach another robot.Will they not think of making human race to be slave to them or even destroy it completely we were looking how to answer this kind of question.Then one of my friend came with the following story






"Earth"

How did this earth come into existence.

Think that god has finally decided to create the earth.He had this huge clay ball(imagine GOD as ultimate creature for him earth is like a small football)
in his hand.He played with it for sometime.He was bored of doing that,so he created some mountains(shapes for him) in that ball the poured some water(Oceans) in that.Now the ball was colorful and attractive .After that he put on some trees,it was of no interest as it was not doing anything.Then he created Air and made tree leaves to move for it then came the animals.But then he realized that every time he needs to do a change he himself had to create it.That is when he thought of automating the things in the earth and created a great creature of all creatures called HUMAN.He gave them brain to think and make things on their own and evolve over time.

Is this not the way we have invented other things(airplane,bike,car,train,television etc..)and evolved..now coming to the point.

Have we destroyed the GOD who created us?????

Then why do you fear of Artificial Intelligence destroying HUMANS.?????????????????????

Visit to Kgiri in Apache

This weekend(26/08/2007)we had a small trip from Hosur to Krishnagiri. The trip was on our new Apache Bike.We could not go beyond 75km speed because it was told not to drive faster before first service of the bike.It was really awesome to ride a quite long distance(62km).It was fun as we stopped on the way and collected flowers for the Onam pookolam.Though i am learning to drive the bike properly it was easy for me to ride on that smooth highway.








I have a plan to goto Ooty to my friends friend house by the end of this third semester along with the friends .Ill definitely post about that when i am done with the trip.

Exams are Back

Here comes my exams again.Again the same old way of studying at last moment.I had always thought(but never did)to study everything in advance and be prepared to face the exam,but whats fun in that,you will never get to enjoy those anxious moments of studying at last minute and studying even after the exam bell.Still after doing this i have been able to get better marks at least.

I once did study everything for a small test and felt like i am in a no mans land as i did not have anything left to study in last minute when everyone was busy studying something or the other.Then i decided not to study anything till the last day before the exam.

I know many already do this and i know how much u Njoy those moments.Never miss this kind of experience.You feel like a BOSS when you finish exams better after studying at last minute.So what are you studying now,now follow the leader :-)

Independence

Yesterday WE are 60 year old independent country . I don't have to Yell out ,that we are a great country with huge history in past ,as you already know what INDIA as a country is today.

One of our big wealth was stolen when we had this British people around us for more than 400 years.

INNOVATION

Just try to recollect the number of inventions and innovation that people of
our country did before and after British rule.I agree that they gave railways,law,etc. to us but what they took or suppressed from our people was their inventions and innovative think that they where capable off.

Many things that happened in the field of science was during these days of British.
If we where free of that ugly rule,,may be many Einstein and newtons would have been found.


Let us now put the past behind us.What is on from now?
After 60 years of Independence ,,now the people again have started realizing their capability of innovation.

Let us now show how we can grow by ourself....Let us innovate things and Indians are good innovators in terms of cost cutting.We have many innovations happening in here like,Leg operated washing machine,automatic coconut tree climber,energy out of shock absorber etc..


From now on you are going to witness INDIA as a new KIND of Super Power.Unlike other superpowers which were doing dictatorship on other countries,INDIA will be a Super Power with a difference.

REALITY VS GOD

The day human define reality the discovery and inventions will stop.
I read an article sometime back,it was taking about the inventions that is expected in this century.They claimed on saying that 19th century was once in a blue moon for the discoveries and inventions.
So the next blue moon is not that soon in human history.

But i firmly will say that the inventions and discoveries will continue until someone defines what is reality

Why is that so?
It is simple .Every thing that we believe to be true are associated to the assumptions on another to be true.We don't have anything to claim to be the perfect truth(real).

I can put out a debate with those people who say that there is no GOD,,,,

If you can say what is real.....then i will accept GOD is unreal.
The way i define god seems to be unique to me...i say the things that we don't know as 'GOD'...hence i relate it to reality...


Can someone think of the following situation:

There is no earth,no planets,no sun,no universe,no galaxy,no space nothing exists

what does that come to your mind....mostly a blank dark image... then your brain is not suited to think something like that ,,isn't that weird to you....

Why is that dark,blank and your thinking is struck somewhere in the middle without being able to proceed...we can simply say that it is because we don't know what would that be like...do Einstein ever know how does energy looks like or feel like?....then how did he say E=MC^2

If someone can explain me what is all that called "reality" in this universe(or much more... let me call it entire space)....

then i would agree there is no 'GOD' and we don't need to fear him destroying us if we do wrong .... :)

Later Thinking Lateral

I was thinking on last night about the ideas(most of them are owned by others) given by the Professor. What does make these people to think in abnormal(hey its quite normal to be abnormal) ways.

I was searching in on things in my store for info of this kind of people .Then somewhere came in the topic called Lateral thinking..

What is it...Wikipedia says
"lateral thinking as methods of thinking concerned with changing concepts and perception. Lateral thinking is about reasoning that is not immediately obvious and about ideas that may not be obtainable by using only traditional step-by-step logic"

Karnool

My trip to karnool.........

We went there for my friend sisters reception..

We were supposed to live at 9.00pm in the night,,the bus had already come to the stand but two of our friends are yet to arrive ,,we then requested driver to wait and it went all cool as the bus was also waiting for a platform :)

once we reached there bakra(reddy) took us to the hotel after that the real thing begun

first we where taken to a place on the way to nadyala ,, it was completely rocks ,i thing around 2km or so of the surroundings was rocks it was really cool......





after that we all went to reddy house cum school and had our breakfast....


after that visits to other school of his we came back and had lunch....after that it was back to the hotel room and reception...





Reception!!!! it was actually a mini festival,,, all most everything was there in the reception

camel,elephant,cartoon characters,crackers etc...



We had a good dinner out there and there were lots n lots of people for it,,,

i have never in my life seen such a big reception.



It rained late in the evening and it was fun to be there out in rain


then back to room and to the bus n Bangalore


it was real fun to be around with the friend together ,,,,,expecting a lots n lots of trip like this

What studying really mean!!!!

hey ,

I have a exams this weekend!!!! so it is going to be a "weak end"!!!
I really don't know what the Indian education system is made for........just a day of exam for a complete year of study is something stupid... but still we have a lot of guys from this system doing great things may be this is what makes them to be proactive to things that need care like the exam times out here
don't LOL!

so i am gonna spend today and tomorrow (most probably) to study thing for MS

MS just in a day of study ha ha ha ,,good why can't i spend a day studying(in total 32 days) to get a degree.........lets see what happens

It was a day to call Yesterday!!!!!!

Yesterday!!!!!!!

I really understood what a corporate world demands from their employees.
It is nothing but to pretend yourself that you know everything.



I worked on a problem for more than 12 hours which i don't know a single inch of it.
i worked simply because i should work and sort it out.there is a lot in this corporate world i am yet to understand.i feel better if i don't understand at all......
